Anthem Online Pharmacy Experience Changes Impact Some Members: Recent changes to the pharmacy experience on our health plans’ websites will impact certain members: Terminated pharmacy coverage. Members whose pharmacy benefits terminated prior to their claims processing migration to Express Scripts in 2010 can no longer use their health plan website to view historical pharmacy claims information or historical prescription order statuses. Impacted members must contact Customer Service at the number on the back of the health plan ID card to obtain historical claims information. Enhanced information for Part D members. Members with Part D coverage now have a user-friendly option for viewing pharmacy benefits information and pharmacy-specific accumulators. This information migrated from Evidence of Coverage documents in the online store to the easy-to-find Plans & Benefits section of the member health plan website. All of these changes took effect with a scheduled web release on February 18, 2011.
