Equal Opportunity & Protection Under the Law
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guarantees equal opportunity for people with disabilities in public accommodations, employment, transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications.
The section of Disability.gov provides information about the ADA, as well as many other laws that protect the housing, education, voting, and other rights of people with disabilities.
