Design a Transportation Device Used in Combat Rescue

The U.S. Air Force challenges you to design a transportation device used in combat zones. The device must enable a single rescuer to quickly and safely move an injured person into a helicopter. The award for the winning proposal is $15,000. Submissions are due February 28.
