Flossing is an important part of your daily dental care habits. Do not stop with brushing your teeth or you are just doing half the job. You can not reach the tight spaces between your teeth and under the gumline with a toothbrush. That is why brushing alone is not good enough, and brushing and flossing is necessary in order to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
